NRP Artworks partnered with me to evolve their identity from a single-artist practice into a polished, multidisciplinary studio. Through a comprehensive rebrand, website rebuild, and suite of client-facing marketing tools, I established a cohesive visual language that elevated their market position and supported larger-scale commissions—including a $60k mural project awarded through the pitch deck I designed.
Head of Operations & Senior Designer
I led the rebrand and digital overhaul, overseeing strategy, design direction, and execution across branding, web, marketing, and business development tools. My role spanned research, systems thinking, and hands-on design—ensuring the studio’s creative voice scaled without losing authenticity.
While NRP Artworks’ creative output was strong, its outward-facing brand still reflected a single-artist practice. This limited how the studio was perceived by clients evaluating larger-scale commissions, multi-disciplinary teams, and higher-budget projects.
The challenge was to elevate the brand without diluting the artistic voice—creating clarity, credibility, and structure that could support growth while remaining rooted in the work itself.
The result was a cohesive brand and digital system that repositioned NRP Artworks as a credible, studio-scale creative operation. The new tools supported clearer communication, stronger proposals, and larger opportunities—including a $60k mural commission awarded through the redesigned pitch deck.
This project demonstrates the ability to translate artistic vision into scalable systems—bridging creative direction, design execution, and business strategy to support long-term growth.
