SmartCredit is a FinTech SaaS platform operating at the intersection of consumer finance, credit education, and digital tools. As the product and brand matured, key user entry points needed to better support clarity, trust, and conversion. This initiative focused on redesigning SmartCredit’s signup and reactivation flows, alongside a proposed marketing landing page redesign, to reduce friction across acquisition and onboarding while extending the refreshed brand system into a cohesive, mobile-first product experience.

I led UX and UI design across critical user journeys spanning marketing, onboarding, and in-product reactivation. My role included flow strategy, interface design, and system-level decision-making to ensure usability, visual consistency, and scalability across both shipped and exploratory product surfaces.
The resulting work delivered a clearer, more intuitive onboarding and reactivation experience and a cohesive visual language across product and marketing touchpoints. Together, the redesigned flows and landing page established a stronger connection between brand, acquisition, and product—positioning SmartCredit for improved conversion, retention, and long-term scalability.
